Lighthouse Homes was founded in 2003 by Fred Wilson, a builder and the owner who had a vision...a vision to build beautiful affordable homes in Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas.

Lighthouse Homes is comprised of a team of home construction professionals whose current focus is in Fredericksburg, VA - one of the fastest growing areas in the nation. The company’s mission is to design and build homes that “far exceed our clients’ expectations in construction, quality and style.” Wilson states that we “pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to understand their needs and wants and include them as partners throughout the planning and construction.” This includes helping develop the general budget, assisting in selecting a building location from a variety of their lots in Northern Virginia (or even the clients own lot) to picking the floor plans and customizing wherever desired…… while keeping the client informed all along the way. At the end of the process, each home will be a unique structure with unwavering attention to detail that will reflect the owner’s personal style.

Lighthouse Homes is excited to introduce five beautiful and spacious floor plans to choose from. Beginning with the Ashleigh and Alexander, these models bring back the rambler style home with a fresh and updated look including a separate wing (dedicated to a luxury master bedroom suite). The Antonette, Cascade and Lafayette models reflect the ever-popular colonial style homes but with added features like curved oak staircases and large center-island kitchens, each floor plan has countless possibilities.
